Diagnostic Fee
We charge a minimum diagnosis fee, which is the service costs listed below. This is applied if you choose to not have work carried out and we have spent the parts required along with a full quotation.

Return charge for courier services is £21 inc VAT.

We are not liable for goods in transit, please ensure your item is securely packaged if sending us courier. The original packaging is the safest way to send your item. We aim to service your items the quickest time possible and hold a significant stock of spare parts. If in doubt, please contact us and we will do our best to give an accurate repair time.
