Capacity is limited to 2 people for both safety and comfort.
Strictly no food or drink inside the booth.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on-site.
Keep volumes at safe listening levels to protect hearing and equipment.
Your booking starts and ends at the agreed times — setup and pack-down must be done within your slot.
Equipment Use
Do not interfere with cables, the rear of speakers, or the placement of equipment — contact staff if adjustments are required.
Do not install, remove, or update software on any connected devices.
Do not connect unauthorised hardware without prior approval.
Add-on equipment must be requested in advance and may not be swapped mid-session without staff assistance.
Storage & Media
Bring your own USBs, SD cards, or storage devices.
We do not store or back up your recordings — you must take all files with you at the end of your session.
Behaviour
Aggressive, disruptive, or abusive behaviour towards staff or others will result in immediate termination without refund.
Keep behaviour and language appropriate if livestreaming on public platforms.
Only booked participants are allowed in the booth — guests must remain outside unless part of the booking.
Damage & Liability
You are financially responsible for any damage to equipment, cables, furniture, or the premises during your booking.
A pre-session condition check will be carried out before you start and after you finish.
Any repairs or replacements will be charged to the booking holder.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Cancellations & Refunds
24+ hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Reschedule only.
No-shows: No refund given.
If we cancel due to technical issues: Full refund or free rebooking offered.
