Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, bank transfers, Finance (Subject to acceptance) and cash in-store.
Do you offer finance?
Finance is available through our selected partners, Ideal4Finance and Snap Finance.
DECK CONVERTERS LIMITED is an introducer appointed representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd T/A Ideal4Finance (FRN 703401), a credit broker and not a lender. We are also an introducer for Snap Finance Ltd, who are a credit broker and not a lender. Finance is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply. VAT & International Orders
Do you charge VAT on your products?
Yes — VAT is applied depending on the type of product and where it is being sold.
- New products: Standard UK VAT rate of 20% applies
- Pre-owned products: Sold under the VAT Margin Scheme (VAT is included in the price and not separately reclaimable)
- International customers: Orders may be zero-rated for VAT depending on destination and eligibility

Can I reclaim VAT?
VAT can only be reclaimed on standard-rated (new) items where applicable. Margin scheme items do not show reclaimable VAT. A full VAT invoice will be issued with every sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - We ship internationally. Availabiltiy will be shown at checkout. We are unable to send pre-owned items outside of the UK.
Are customs and duties included?
No - Customs, duties and taxes for international orders (outside of the UK) are at the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery
Do you offer same day dispatch?
Yes - we offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm (midday), subject to stock availability. (Monday - Friday only)
What happens if I order after midday?
We will try our best to get it processed before last collection but it will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Do larger items take longer to dispatch?
Some larger or heavier items (such as flight cases, full setups, or bulky equipment) may require additional handling time. In these cases, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Which courier services do you use?
Our main courier is DPD. You will recieve delivery information upon dispatch. Some smaller items are sent via Royal Mail.
Larger items and pallets with be sent via specialist companies.
International orders are sent with UPS or DPD depending on destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Next working day delivery is available on most items, depending on the time of order and item size.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes — you can choose in-store collection from our London shop. This is often the fastest way to receive your order.

Can I test DJ equipment before buying?
Yes — we encourage it. You can visit our London showroom and test a wide range of DJ equipment before making a decision. This helps you get a real feel for the setup before committing.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointment is required. You can walk in during opening hours, but we recommend contacting us in advance if you want to test specific equipment.
Can you help me choose the right setup?
Absolutely. Our team are DJs and technicians, so we can guide you based on your experience level, budget and intended use.

How quickly do I get paid?
or in-store transactions, payment is typically made the same day once a price is agreed. Items sent via courier will be paid within 24 hours of receiving.

What equipment do you repair?
We repair a wide range of DJ equipment including CDJs, mixers, controllers and turntables.
How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the fault. We offer diagnostics to assess the issue and provide a quote before proceeding. An outline of base costs are available on the Service Booking Form Page
How long do repairs take?
Turnaround times depend on the repair and parts availability. We’ll always give you a realistic timeframe.
Can I send my equipment by courier?
Yes — you can send your equipment to us. Please contact us first to arrange this.
DJ Booth & Equipment Hire
Can I hire DJ equipment?
Yes - we have a dedicated hire department, offering a range of DJ equipment, speakers, microphones and lighting.
Do you offer try-before-you-buy?
Yes — hire equipment to test it in real-world use. If you decide to purchase, your hire cost can be refunded (terms apply).

Pre-Owned DJ Equipment
Is your used equipment tested?
Yes - all pre-owned equipment is fully tested, updated and serviced where required.
Do you offer warranty on used gear?
Warranty is usually available depending on the product. Ask in-store or check product listings.
How often does stock change?
Our pre-owned stock changes regularly, so we recommend checking often or contacting us.

Yes — we have a dedicated car park with free parking.
How far are you from the M25?
We are approximately 10 minutes from Junction 3 of the M25.
What are your opening hours?
