Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders the same working day when placed before 1:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
While we aim to meet these dispatch targets, dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Some larger, heavier, or specialist DJ equipment items may require shipment via a specialist courier. In these cases, dispatch may take an additional working day to arrange.
Delivery Services
We ship orders using DPD and Royal Mail express delivery services.
The majority of orders (approximately 99%) are delivered on the next working day after dispatch within the United Kingdom. However, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as they are dependent on third-party courier services.
Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Weekend Deliveries
Some deliveries may arrive on Saturdays, depending on courier availability and your delivery location. However, Saturday delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly selected and confirmed at checkout where available.
Urgent Orders
If you require an order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can advise on the most appropriate shipping option.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.
We are able to ship spare parts and selected products worldwide.
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local charges imposed by their country.
The buyer will be liable for all return costs.
Pre-Owned Equipment
Due to warranty, logistics, and regulatory considerations, pre-owned equipment is currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Delays & Liability
While we work with reputable courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or peak seasonal demand.
Deck Converters shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.
