You must contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Service costs will not be collected until after the item is collected. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit / debit card in store.

Diagnostic Fee
We charge a minimum diagnosis fee, which is the service costs listed on the booking form. This is applied if you choose to not have work carried out and we have quoted for parts and labour. We will also provide a damage report if required.

Return charge for courier services is £21 inc VAT.

We are not liable for goods in transit, please ensure your item is securely packaged if sending to us via courier. The original packaging is the safest way to send your item. We aim to service your items the quickest time possible and hold a significant stock of spare parts. If in doubt, please contact us and we will do our best to give an accurate repair time.
